Privacy policy

How KasiryeLabs handles your information in SiteWatch, in line with Uganda’s Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Your email address, name or business name, and phone number (if you add one for SMS alerts).
• The websites you add and the results of our checks (status, response times, outages, domain and SSL expiry dates).
• Payment records from Pesapal (amount, date, method and reference). We never see or store your card or Mobile Money PIN.
• Basic technical data to keep the service safe, such as the IP address used to ask for a sign-in code.

How we use it

To run the service: sign you in, check your websites, send alerts, expiry warnings, receipts and plan reminders, and support you. We may occasionally tell you about KasiryeLabs services related to your websites; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Google Analytics

If you choose Connect Google Analytics, you sign in with Google and allow read-only access to your Analytics (the analytics.readonly permission). We use it only to show your own websites’ visitor numbers in SiteWatch: visitors, visits, page views, most-read pages, traffic sources, countries and devices. We store daily totals and these top lists, plus your Google email and an encrypted access token so the numbers can update daily.

If you use “Ask about this website”, that website’s numbers (the totals and lists above, plus its uptime) are sent with your question to an AI model run by Cloudflare (Workers AI) to write the answer. Cloudflare doesn’t use them to train AI models, and we don’t keep your questions or the answers; we only count how many you ask each day.

We never change anything in your Google account, never use this data for advertising, never sell it, and never show it to anyone else. People at KasiryeLabs see it only to help you, with your permission, or when the law requires it. KasiryeLabs’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To disconnect, click Disconnect on the website’s page (this deletes the stored numbers), or remove KasiryeLabs at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that make the service work: Cloudflare (hosting), SMTP2GO and ZeptoMail by Zoho (email), EgoSMS (SMS), Pesapal (payments) and Google (Analytics numbers you choose to connect). We don’t sell your information.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. Remove a website and its history is deleted. Ask us to close your account and we delete your data, except payment records we must keep for accounting.
